Enjoy the lively town of Chamonix in a quiet neighborhood. Just a 5-minute walk from Lac des Gaillands and its rock-climbing site, and a 5-minute walk from the bus and sncf stops.
A deposit of 200 euros by credit card will be required at the time of booking, and will be reimbursed at the time of departure if everything is in order in the apartment.
Reservations
Bookings are only considered confirmed if they are accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiration date, and security code; or if the full stay has been prepaid prior to the guest's arrival.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, after midnight (00:00), the full amount of the stay will be charged, and the booking will be cancelled.
Payment Methods
You can pay using Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, MasterCard, or in cash.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a deposit will be required in cash or by cheque (depending on the type of accommodation). This deposit will be returned at departure if everything is in order.
In case of any issues identified at check-out, we reserve the right to retain the full amount of the deposit.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be modified, and the prepayment is non-refundable.
This prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, date changes, or no-show.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will find the applicable cancellation fees listed in your booking confirmation.
If your booking includes a reservation fee, please note that it is non-refundable.
We recommend cancelling as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation has occurred.
TAXES
Prices include VAT. However, tourist tax and any additional local or governmental taxes may apply.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Your apartment or chalet will be available from the time stated in your reservation.
On your departure day, the accommodation must be vacated by the check-out time specified in your booking confirmation.

RELOCATION
In the case of exceptional circumstances or the inability to provide the reserved apartment or chalet (including force majeure), Cham’Concierge reserves the right to relocate the guest to an apartment or chalet of equivalent category, offering the same type of service, subject to the guest's prior approval.
Any additional cost of the alternative accommodation will be covered by the owner of the original property.
FORCE MAJEURE – OTHER CASES
Force majeure refers to any unforeseeable and unavoidable event beyond the control of either party, which prevents the fulfilment of all or part of the contractual obligations.
Events typically recognised as force majeure by French courts and tribunals shall apply.
Neither party shall be held liable to the other in the event of failure to meet their obligations due to a force majeure event.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the mutual obligations of both parties, with each party bearing the costs resulting from such events.
Furthermore, in the event that the accommodation cannot be used — for example due to delayed or cancelled opening — Cham’Concierge reserves the right to terminate the contract and will refund the amounts received from the client, excluding any other claims or compensations, which the client expressly accepts.
Third-Party Reservations
For bookings made through an OTA (Online Travel Agency), the cancellation, payment, and general terms and conditions are those stated on the platform used.
Out-of-Hours Arrivals and Departures
For arrivals or departures outside of the booking schedule, Cham’Concierge may charge an additional fee of €50.
