Flat of 42 m2, 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor, very well equipped. It has a large terrace and a private garden with a view of the Brévent and Flégère.
At the time of arrival a deposit of 200 euros will be requested in cash or by cheque.
The flat is ideally located 5 minutes walk from Chamonix town centre, close to all amenities: train station, bus, supermarket, bars and restaurants. It is also located a few minutes from the slopes by car or by shuttle bus (free shuttle bus 1 min from the flat).
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The accommodation
The flat includes :
- a living room with kitchen
- 2 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds.
- 2 toilets and a bathroom (including hair dryer)
The kitchen is very well equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, Senseo coffee machine (+ Bodum and Italian coffee machine), kettle, toaster.
There is also a raclette and fondue machine for winter evenings!
Television with English decoder. Wifi available.
Terrace and garden with garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
The flat also has a cellar which serves as a large locker for skis and sledges and an underground covered car park.
